PowerSains is the premier brand under Powerscience Sdn Bhd (incorporated May 2021). The organization was established by four pioneering directors who collectively bring decades of leadership in corporate management, industrial technology, national science center development, and mass media—all united by a shared passion for transforming STEM education.
The STEM Landscape Challenge
PowerSains was founded to actively address critical gaps in the current educational ecosystem:
- Declining STEM Engagement: Secondary school enrollment in science streams has dropped below 20% nationwide.
- Lack of Experiential Learning: Traditional school environments offer limited hands-on experimentation in daily science pedagogy.
- Resource Constraints: Many school laboratories face equipment and operational management challenges.
